Responsibilities:

* Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation
* Manage project budgets, valuations, variations, and final accounts
* Support subcontractor management, procurement, and contract administration
* Monitor project costs and provide commercial reporting
* Evaluate claims, change orders, and commercial risks
* Support bid submissions and pricing activities
* Liaise with project teams to drive commercial efficiency

Skills Required :

Cost estimation and cost planning for construction and MEP works, Cost control and budget monitoring across project lifecycle, Quantity take-off and detailed measurement of MEP and building works, Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost breakdown structures, Tender documentation preparation and submission support, Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills, Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills, Strong knowledge of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) costing, Risk assessment and cost risk mitigation strategies, Variation assessment, pricing, and change order management, Valuation of completed works and preparation of interim payment certificates, Tender analysis, comparison, and evaluation of contractor bids
