Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate end-to-end import and export logistics operations to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
* Monitor shipment schedules, track cargo movement, and proactively address delays or disruptions.
* Prepare, review, and verify trade documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, permits, and customs declarations.
* Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and maintain proper documentation records for audits.
* Serve as the operational contact between suppliers and customers, communicating shipment timelines and resolving trade execution issues.
* Align supplier dispatch schedules with customer delivery requirements to avoid bottlenecks.
* Coordinate with clearing and forwarding agents to ensure smooth customs clearance and timely submission of documentation.
* Liaise with Ministries and regulatory authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals, following up until completion.

Skills Required :

Strong knowledge of customs procedures, trade documentation, and regulatory requirements., Proficiency in MS Office and trade/logistics tracking systems., Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
